I am passionate about innovative approaches to improve development programming and ensure solutions are successfully scaled and embedded into local structures. With 15+ years of professional experience across a social purpose digital agency, an international consultancy and an international funding organization, I bring diverse perspectives to these challenges.
I was previously the Director of Health for Spring Impact, a non-profit consultancy specializing in innovative ways to scale social impact. Through this I worked with more than 40 health organizations in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the UK, helping them to design and implement a sustainable strategy for scale. Clients included MSI Reproductive Choices, PSI, Health Foundation and VillageReach.
Prior to Spring Impact, I worked as an Account Manager at Public Zone, an independent commercial user-research digital agency working exclusively with social impact clients. My role included user research, project management and client management, working with clients including Prostate Cancer UK, Macmillan Cancer Support and Diabetes UK.
Most recently I worked as a Programme Manager at Unitaid, a global health initiative hosted by the World Health Organization that works to ensure equitable access to health innovations for low- and middle-income countries. I led a portfolio of investments focused on the development, introduction and scale-up of long-acting technologies for malaria, HIV, TB and HCV.
I am the Vice-Chair of Primary Care International, a social enterprise with a mission to strengthen primary healthcare globally.
I have an MSc in Health Policy, Planning and Financing from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and London School of Economics, and a BA in English with Writing and Performance from York University.
