Maureen Luba is a Global health practitioner and early career researcher with extensive research, program design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation experience in Sexual reproductive health (SRH), TB, COVID-19, HIV/AIDS and gender, health systems strengthening in Sub-Saharan, East and southern Africa.
Prior to joining Cooper Smith Maureen served as a Senior Program Manager at AVAC where she worked across different organizations, geographies and fault lines to build strong civil society coalitions and enhance their participation in provincial, national, regional and global level decision making processes on programs, policies and funding towards health system strengthening informed by locally-derived Agendas.
Maureen holds a Bachelors degree in Public Administration from the University of Malawi. She is currently studying for a Masters Degree in Global Health Delivery at Harvard Medical School
