Samer Asbah manages big data infrastructure and systems, including configurations, testing, and maintenance. Samer has long-term experience building the capacity of government counterparts, particularly in health economics, data use, health information systems, and analytical methods.

Previously, he led a fast-growing software development team at Souktel, a digital solutions company, overseeing Product Development, Quality Assurance, and Network Integration staff. Samer has also managed 100+ software engineers at Harri.com, a US-based job recruitment platform with over 100,000 users.

Samer has also served as Software Engineering Manager for Mixberry Media, a global provider of mobile audio content solutions for leading brands like Netflix, McDonald’s, Ford and The Gap. Samer holds a degree in Engineering from Palestine’s Birzeit University.
