I have delivered professional services and technology expertise for over 15 years, to clients ranging from global Fortune 500 companies to non-profit organizations and governmental agencies. My experience has exposed me to the commercial operation of clients across a wide range of industries. Working extensively in the data, analytics, and visualization space, I must not only understand the operations of clients, but work to put systems in place to help support their organizations, and analyze and make strategic decisions.
Prior to working with Cooper/Smith, I worked as a Solution Architect for Analytics & AI at Salesforce. In addition to my commercially-focused work, I was extensively involved with nonprofit and public sector initiatives, supporting a number of strategic nonprofits with technical expertise, technology strategy and implementation, including the RED Foundation in New York and Salesforce's presence at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
Additionally, I started my career at Accenture as a Business Intelligence Manager, focusing on implementation of enterprise-level Business Intelligence systems. While at Accenture, I was fortunate enough to have participated in projects within Accenture’s development organization, Accenture Development Partnerships, which facilitates public-private partnerships and projects. These projects provided direct experience working in the development sector and with public-private partnerships. This experience demonstrated to me first-hand how my professional experience can be used to support development work both domestically and internationally.
Beyond my professional experience, my advanced degree at New York University, Center for Urban Science and Progress is acutely attuned to support this work. The coursework addressed civic challenges and planning from a data-driven perspective, applying data science to some of the biggest civic challenges New York City, and other municipalities face.
